Adobe Acrobat DC PRO 2017 installation problem

Have problem Adobe Acrobat DC PRO installation, here are the consequence:

1. download Adobe Acrobat DC from web

2. install Acrobat DC 2017 on a windows 10 PC with Std license Key

3. uninstall Acrobat DC Std 2017

4. install Acrobat DC 2017 with PRO license Key (the software is same)

However the license Key is pass, installation success, but the product is Adobe Acrobat DC Std, does anyone know what problem is?

Hi Bunw,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to install Acrobat DC 2017 on the machine, is that correct?

Please try following troubleshooting steps:

1- Deactivate Acrobat DC installation on the machine. Refer to this link for the same: Activate and deactivate Adobe products

2- Remove Acrobat using cleaner tool which you can download from here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

3- Reboot the machine and download Acrobat DC 2017 Pro on the machine from this link:  Download Acrobat 2017 (You need your Acrobat 2017 serial number to complete the installation.
