Adobe Acrobat DC Won't Launch on a mac.

Hi, Adobe Acrobat DC Won't Launch on a mac. It suddenly stopped opening files. Unistalled and reinstalled and still no joy. When you open the application it seems to be open but when you try and actually open a document nothing happens at all? Any help on this please? Thanks

    This does not fix the problem. When I open a file with Pro DC Acrobat open in the but no page is shown. Meaning that you can see in the gray bar at the top it says Pro DC but the screen is just the background picture. I have tried resetting preferences as well as completly uninstall and reinstalled the program. My account with Adobe is in good standing with no issues. PLEASE HELP

    did you successfully reset your preferences?

    if so, and that failed, what's your os and do you have a subscription or classic license?
