Adobe Acrobat X Standard - Installation File needed

Hello,

in our company we use Acrobat X Standard on a computer. This computer is now replaced by a newer one.

The old original Acrobat X Standard CD is not readable anymore. We still have the Serial Code.

What to do to install the program on the new computer? Where can I download the installation file? Is there another way?

Hope anybody can help!

Hi Andreas_,

Acrobat X Standard is no longer available on our website for download. If you had placed an order online then you could have logged in to your Adobe account and download from there.

Since you have bought a boxed product this option is not applicable for you.

I have sent a download link to your email for Acrobat X Standard via Adobe Send Now. You can download and archive the copy for later usage as well.

I am having the exact same problem. Could you please email me the link to download Adobe Acrobat X Standard as I also bought a new computer but still have my product key?

Hello Rave,

I know there have been many requests on this topic but I am at my wits end.  Our PC came from Dell with Acrobat X preinstalled and no disk was included.  I need to reinstall the program and wish to download it but cannot find where to do that.  Could you please send me a link by email?  Our program is registered and I have the serial code.  Any help you may be able to offer would be greatly appreciated.

@ rockhound1640 : If the software came preinstalled on your Dell machine then you need to download it from :  https://smartsource.dell.com

Make sure you're running it from the Dell computer that had the license. It will install an IE activeX control to determine your system info, and then will take you to a downloads page where you can download all the software your computer was licensed for.

But make sure you follow the important steps mentioned on the page before initiating the download.
