Adobe Acrobat XI Pro Straighten pages with Higlight tool.

Question

Hello,I have used the highlight tool in the past to straighten pages. I would just select the Highlight tool, then click on the page and it would straighten it for me (PDF Scan). A little while back, it stopped working for me, but someone else is still able to do that on theirs in the office. Anyone have this issue also, or know how to help me short of re-installing it?Thank you in advance.

Hey there!

When you say Highlight tool, you mean to say you are using Highlight tool available under "Comment", which is generally used to highlight the text?

Is it the same shown in the screenshot below-

highlighting tool used for highlight, how can this straighten (PDF Scan) the document? Can you show the screenshot of the tool, which is working on some other person's computer?

Since its Acrobat XI, I would still suggest you to check-

1- Repair installation. Open Acrobat>Help>Repair Installation

2- Acrobat>Help>Check for update.

Note: Uninstallation is not recommended, until you don't have product's license information.
