Correct answer AnandSri

Hi Telanis Roon,

As per the description above, the Adobe Acrobat is crashing, Is that correct?

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences, please check the steps in the following forum thread: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1595848

if the issue still persists, please uninstall the Acrobat, run the uninstaller file from Application.

Then remove all Acrobat folder from system and user library. i.e. /Library and ~/Library.

Then remove the Adobe Application manager from Utilities.

Restart your Computer, then download and install Acrobat from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

Hope this helps, and keep us posted with the results.

Regards,

Anand Sri.

Hi Telanis Roon,

I apologize for the inconvenience caused. But the path and location of User and System Library i.e. /Library and ~/Library is same in all Mac OS, and the Utilities is also same.

The path will be as follows:

/Library/ApplicationSupport/Adobe/Acrobat and ~/Library/ApplicationSupport/Adobe.

You can locate the Utilities under Go option or can search it in Finder.

Hope this helps, and keep us posted with the results.

Regards,

Anand Sri.

Hello,

Thank you for replying to my question. I have attempted to follow the instructions for the Mac OS, however I think they may be outdated as the pathing to find these files do not exist. Do you know how to accomplish this using Mac OS Sierra Version 10.12.6?

Thanks.
