AdobeGCClient.exe - Entry Point Not Found

After install in Adobe DC when I start my workstation I receive the following error message:

AdobeGCClient.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point cef_command_line_get_global could not be located in the dynamic link library libcef.dll

What do I need to do to fix this error?

Hi Jennifer01582,

I am sorry for the delay in response.

Could you please try below mentioned steps and see if the issue is resolved:

1- Check for updates- Launch Acrobat>click Help menu>select Check for Updates.

2- If that doesn't work, try repairing Acrobat from the Help menu by selecting Repair Installation, and restart the application.

Also, confirm the version of Acrobat DC installed on the machine?

To check the version, click About Adobe Acrobat DC under Help menu.

Which Windows Operating System you have on the machine-7/8/10?
