Bates numbering - All Pages Centered

Me again.  More issues with Adobe Pro DC (Version 2019.012.20040).  When Bates numbering, the program is centering all documents on the page.  I've read up on this and cannot find a solution.  Can someone please just change all the settings back to Adobe Pro 10 where everything worked just fine?  I never had any of these problems until I started using Adobe Pro DC.  So annoying.

      AND - I have some documents that are Portrait and some that are Landscape.  So I can't just choose Portrait because then all my Landscape documents will be jacked up.

      I just want to add that if I print a single document (one that is centering in my production) to a pdf it comes out just fine.  Why would this be?  Why would Adobe take it upon themselves to center all of the documents?  

      Can anyone tell me how to fix this annoying problem?
