Best software for 3d holograms

You mean VR (virtual reality) glasses, stereoscopic displays and such? Because holograms are something completely different, and we do not have the technology yet to create true moving holograms. Only holograms on paper.

If you are looking for ways to create animations with 3d objects animated and export those to be used for VR glasses and/or 3d televisions, you must render your animations and process your videos in software that can handle stereoscopic rendering and processing.

Adobe doesn't have 3d software to render animations with a stereoscopic camera, so you will have to look elsewhere. Blender supports true stereoscopic rendering of 3d animated objects. It can render those animations to various stereo modes: anaglyphic, side-by-side, top-bottom, and interlace. It is also possible to render individual left and right eye videos/images for further processing in video editors and visual effects software that supports stereoscopic compositing.

One more option is to render a spherical stereo image that allows the viewer to look around a 3d rendered environment, but these have to be used in a 3d realtime renderer such as Unity, Unreal, or Godot.

Anyway, it sounds like you haven't got a lot of experience creating either 3d objects, nor how stereoscopic rendering and technology works. There is a learning curve ahead for you.

When you are rendering 3d images and videos in Blender, make sure to get a pair of anaglyphic glasses and colour correct your screen properly to view your 3d scenes in 3d while working on them.
