Hy!

I tried to make a button with a simple arrow icon that has transparent background, but Acrobat XI change it in black if the file extension is .png

If I convert in .gif format the background wil be displayed in transparent color.

I tried this free icon: https://www.flaticon.com/free-icon/next_126469  using the png format with any size and color except the black arrow that appears in the desired transparent color.

If I converted any of these to gif format the icon background remains transparent.

Is this a bug or my fault?

I tried it and it works fine. The background color of the original PNG image is transparent:

Thank' s for reply, but as I said:

. . . using the png format with any size and color except the black arrow that appears in the desired transparent color.

So it works fine with black arrow, but please try with any else color (blue, green, red, yellow and so on . . .). The background color of the original PNG image is transparent, but Acrobat change it in black
