can not print PDF , even after uninstall and reinstalled Acrobat DC

So after  a complete PC refresh and losing a heap pf work ,  My acrobat DC  has again stopped printing PDF.  I have unistalled Aacrobat, reinstalled it - NJO GOOD.. I have uninstalled  Creative Cloud and reinstalled it, reinstalled Acrobat DC  - STILL NO GOOD!  i can open pdf in Browser and Print  so is definately acrobat ..

 

PLEASE HELP 😞 😞

 

 

I have also  now downloaded and run the latest update under the help menu in acrobat - SILL NO GOOD!

 

i cant end task thye program,  i have to end task the tree  from the details screen in task manager. as well..

    Hi AJRALT,

     

    We are sorry for the trouble. As described above, you can not print PDF , even after uninstall and reinstalled Acrobat DC, correct?

     

    Are you getting any error message/code while printing the PDF? Could you please share the screen shot of the same.

     

    As stated above you are able  to open the PDF in a browser and its printing fine, you may try printing the PDF as an image and check.

    Go to Print > Advanced > Print as image.

     

    Also, you may try turning off the protected view. go to Edit (Windows), Adobe Acrobat/Reader (Mac) > Preferences > Enhanced Security  > Turn Off the protected view and uncheck the Enhanced Security  > Click OK > Restart the application and check.

     

    Note: Turning off the security is for testing purpose, please turn on the security after testing irrespective of the result.

    1. I dont even get print dialogue window to select advance Print. i get rainbow wheel for 2 seconds then Program FREEZES.

    2. security was already Off? turned it back on  still no good.

    3. created copy still Freezing entire program

    Have already removed  ALL  Adobe applications TWICE using Adobe Cleaner for CC  reinstalled and still does not work.
