Can not subscribe Adobe Acrobat DC Pro from India

Hi

 

I am trying to take new subscription of Adobe Acrobat DC pro. Whenever I pay for subscription the page says

Incorrect billing info

We are unable to approve your transaction at this time.

There are a number of reasons for order failure, among them errors in the payment information, or billing address, or an inaccurate email address. If you have verified your information and are still unable to place your order, please contact Customer Service and order by phone. Call 1800 102 5567.

 

I tried many credit cards/debit cards but same information pops up.

I even tried to get help via chat option but it takes hours to get in connect with any salesperson. Please improve you services.

Please help me to subsribe.

I am very sorry, I checked again and so think I am mistaken. This is a number for India customers. I suggest you use it, because often customer service have to solve billing issues. Good luck.

Something strange is happening because this seems to be a number for calling from the USA, not India. Make sure you have selected India as your region, and have a credit card issued in India. You cannot buy cross-border.
