Hi Jho,

Thanks for Reaching out to us. We apologize for the Inconvienience caused at your end. you are not able to see the controls because of we have made the controls off intentionally as there is one bug which is going on due to that. However please find below registry you need to set so that controls will be visible for audio / Video at your end. Please follow the exact steps below for this to work fine :

  • Close Acrobat
  • Run the Reg file (Download from here)
  • Open Adobe Acrobat and Launch Preferences Dialog (ctrl + K)
  • Goto Security (Enhanced) and uncheck the box saying "Run in AppContainer"
  • Re Start the Adobe Acrobat

Once Above Steps are Performed try opening your audio file , You will see the Controls now for your Audio.

Please feel free to reach out in case of any issues / concerns.

Thanks,

-Arpit

Thank you, Arbits,

I tried to change the Registry, but I couldn't find the path you gave in the link.

So I choosed the path below, which seems to me similar, but it didn't help, still no control buttons. The box "Run in AppContainer" is deactivated.
