Convert a multi page tif image, 3rd page size come out as 35.42 x 45.83 in, how come?

Question

When I use Acrobat DC Pro on Windows 7 to convert a multi page tif, and 3rd page (out of 5) comes out as 35.42 x 45.83 inches (it should be 8.5 x 11), what is causing this?

If I use a different converter, this will not happen.

Please help us with a sample document which exhibits the behavior will check the file at our end.
