Hi,

Can you disable the 'Save as' option using security protections in the same way that you can disable the 'Save' option? I don't want users to be able to download a local copy of the document, and because they will be accessing the document through a workplace records management system with its own security controls this would be the only way they could create a copy.

Cheers

No, that's impossible. You also can't disable the Save command, although you can define the file as read-only, I guess, or limit the permissions to the folder where it's located to achieve a similar result.
