Ok, that page says you need an up to date patch. What version do you have today If you do not know how to check your version number, please say.

More likely you are trying to view the test file or PDF in an unsupported browser. There is no longer any Adobe plug-in for Chrome or FireFox. Save the PDF to your desktop and open in Reader.

Yes, you get that message in Chrome or FireFox. Just download the test file and open it in Reader.

Tell the site. Or use Internet Explorer. You cannot show these files in Chrome or Firefox any more: the makers of Chrome and Firefox Made that decision.

Yes, you will see this message with Edge too, by design. Use Internet Explorer.

There is an option in Microsoft Edge to open the currently opened page in Internet Explorer!

Click on the 3 dots in the upper left hand corner.

In the drop down window select the "Open with Internet Explorer".

OpenIE.jpg

It is also possible to use the "Start" button to display all the programs, then select the "Windows Accessories" folder and Internet Explorer will be in that folder.

Internet Explorer absolutely is part of Windows 10. No icon is put on your desktop on taskbar by default!

What happens in Internet Explorer, exactly? Please show a screen shot. This at least might be fixable.

Please describe what you see when you try to fill the form. Does the form go full screen for example?
