Yes, but the signature will be just an image (or test), not a real Digital Signature, if that's what you mean.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, i work in engineering design and often send out multiple plans (merged pdf drawings) that all require signing. We find it difficult and time consuming to digitally sign each one and are now looking to digitally sign the first, then stamp sign the rest. Hoping the stamp could have signature and date/time stamp all in one. The custom stamp options dont appear to provide option.  Or can you think of a more streamlined solution? Thanks for your time.

This is a common misconception about digital signatures. There's absolutely no need to sign each page separately.

If you sign the first page (or any other page) using a digital signature it will apply for the entire file as a whole.

Also, these signatures already contain the name of the person who signed them as well as the date and time they were signed. You can even set them to display an image of a hand-written signature, if you wish, but signing each page is not needed at all, nor is it desirable and it will cause the file-size to balloon and the file itself to become less stable.
