EDITING HOUSE BLUEPRINTS

I have PDF files of the blueprints for my house. With Acrobat PRO, can I modify the drawings to reflect changes? Or can I convert them to another format so I can modify the drawings?

Acrobat Pro does not provide comprehensive editing features that would be suitable for modifying architectural diagrams. Many such diagrams are composed of vast quantities of short, disconnected line segments (including text using same) and would be very difficult to edit even if tried to open the PDF file in Illustrator (a really bad idea).

To modify the blueprints, you would be best off to get the original source file (such as a .dwg file) and then open same in the original design application (such as AutoCAD or other such packages).
