Hi

I have an excel sheet with about 40 Mb in size . The sheet has 5 work sheets  and one worksheet has 200+ column of relevant data's ( all text ) and in another worksheet i have 70000+ rows. The rows has only two text data's

My  problem

1. I had difficulty in converting the whole workbook into PDF using excel 2016 . Most of the time the system got hung and finally got converted after one and half hours time . The size of the file was about 1.2 GB . Any reason that the size of the file comes to this huge and again system hangs when opening this size file.

Exactly how are you converting the Excel spreadsheet to PDF?

If you are running on Windows, are you using Excel's own save as PDF or do you have Acrobat installed and are using Acrobat's Save as Adobe PDF? If the former, you need to discuss this with Microsoft – that is their code. If the latter, exactly what options are you using? Are you requesting tagging? If so, try turning off the tagging and see if that solves the problem.

Give us some more info and we will try assist further.
