Hello

I am a high school teacher and I need to export some of the files back to Word. They're in Arabic, and I am not sure if the language isn't supported by the paid premium plan.  I attached an image to show you how it looks after exporting.

As you see some letters are flipped and others appear as boxes.

Any help is appreciated

Regrettably, Acrobat's PDF export to Office formats does not currently support any right-to-left languages including Arabic, Farsi, or Hebrew.

Hello Dov,

Hope you are doing well.

Just wanted to check whether acrobat pro DC supports the same in any way.

Thanks in advance for your response.

I will let Dov, answer your question, however allow me to share my experience.

Acrobat Pro DC will also fail to convert a PDF with Arabic content back to MS. Office format. In rare cases we get some lines or words correct but generally it just not considered successful conversion.

Having said that, in latest MS. Word (Windows), I was able to OPEN a PDF with Arabic content, and was able to get a decent conversion. Now this is not a solid testing, but two other users did confirm this finding but it has to be latest Office.

You may care to vote for this conversion feature to include Arabic.
