Fill and Sign issues removing text

I have a user who was creating a PDF doc for some customers, he used fill and sign to add some check boxes.  When he saved the doc some of the numbers and text threw out the entire doc have been removed. not all of the text eather, the doc is full of commas and half words any help would be greatly appricheated
