Forbidden Error - Adobe Sign

Hello - I keep getting a "Forbidden - This operation could not be completed. Please try again later." When I try and upload a document to Adobe Sign. I've tried started and restarting computer and program - logging out and in of CC. Nothing is working. Can anyone help?

I've been on chat for 2 hours trying to get a response or some help. Nothing - they transferred me to technical - actually transferred me to Japan - and then Japan told me they could not transfer me back. So I've been left  high and dry with no resolution after 2 hours of waiting. Some of the worst customer service I have ever had.

Any help would be great....

    Hi!  I just went through the process.  I was receiving the same error.  It turns out that I had an esign free account that had never been verified.  The technician resent the verification for the free account and I accepted it.  After accepting it, I had to send an email to adobe authorizing them to archive the free account so that it could be connected to my document cloud account.   I signed out of the adobe sign instance, then signed into document cloud and voila it was working.  I was able to resolve through chatting with an adobe agent from the web support.

    Hi - I had the same problem and tech support solved it for me.  Did you change your creative suite username at any time?  Apparently this causes a problem with Adobe sign.  I used the chat to contact tech support, and they fixed it for me.  It was a bit of rigmarole, but it did solve the problem.  Took about 24 hours to get it all done.  Good luck.

    Thanks to share this, but do you know what did the do? They imply handle "something" on their own, in their back office? Thanks.

    I'm not 100% sure what is happening on their end.  What they told me is that they have to set up a 'pending account,' that has the same username as your current username.  You then receive an activation email.  You click on the link in the activation email.  Then you have to respond to their support email, telling them that you have done this.  Then they do some magic on their end and the problem is solved.  Like I said, a bit of rigmarole, but it did work.
