Fully embed an Excel file within PDF (not a link)

Hi,

I use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Am I able to embed an Excel file within a PDF so that any user can open the excel file by clicking on a certain button/word on the PDF? Similar to hwo a file can be embedded in MS Word?

It needs to be embedded in such a way that it is not a link to the excel file saved somewhere, but the whole file so that anyone accessing the PDF can also open and edit the excel file. This is how i currently have it set up but it doesnt work as the save location for the excel file is not open to all users. I need to be able to eliminate this problem so that all users can access the PDF without issue.

Thanks in advance
