help with Digital ID and Signature - laptop refresh

Hello, please need some assistance for an EU that is using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2015  installed, their laptop was recenlty swapped out with a new one and data was carried over.  however the issue is the EU can not add an existing signature in which she has 3 of them into a required signature document. also the ability to edit the document is grayed out or the right click menu is not available.  need some assitance on the creation of a digital ID with siganture and why the pdf can not be edited.

As per the issue description mentioned above, user is unable to edit pdf file as well as unable to sign a pdf using a digital signature, is that correct?

Could you confirm the application user is using to edit pdf files? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Also, to create a new digital ID in Acrobat or Reader, refer to the steps given in this help document: Digital IDs in Acrobat
