Hi Shubham,

#1 Method: If you would like the guides to show up you can try this: View>Guides>Release Guides. Select and apply stroke.

#2 Method: Take a screenshot and convert that file into a PDF.

If you merely want the guides to be visible, and completely non-functioning (and a pretty low-level image based PDF), you  could take a screenshot of your Illustrator art board, and create the PDF from that.  Low tech, and a nearly  featureless PDF, but if your need is merely to show the guides/artwork, this could be a solution.

This is not necessarily correct any AI file can be saved as PDF with editing cabilities then they will keep the guides. They are just not visible if they are opened anything other than AI.

You can convert them to regular objects and put them on their own layer. They wouldn't be true "guides" (like the ones you can create in Acrobat), but it would at least them in to the PDF for you.

In Illustrator: View > Guides > Release Guides
