How to get XI Pro to convert PDF to PPT at Command prompt?

can you shell out to the emulated DOS command prompt on a WINDOWS system and issue a command to: "convert a saved PDF to PPT" ?

does the "Adobe Export PDF"  convert to PPT?

It can convert to PPTX, not PPT.

if not can it be: scripted, coded, etc... such that I can run one command to execute the action?  I don't care what method - thx.

You can, actually. Just supply the file-path as a parameter to the Acrobat executable and it will open the application and convert that file to a PDF. It will not save it, though. You will need to do that manually.

I am wanting to stage a PDF file and automatically convert to a PPT (powerpoint) not the other way around.
