yes, i found a good editor. " InFix Pdf Editor ". With this editor you can edit very easy all your pdf documents. You can also add new symbols and any other special characters without any problems.

Acrobat is not a good tool for editing or modifying the content layer of a PDF and never has been.

It is best if you can go to the source document and make the changes and then create a new PDF.

yes, but i have to arrange it in every word, even if i copy and paste it. Supose i have the word "children" and my symbol is "d". I have to copy/paste in the middle, but this will take time, for 330 words, isin't it ?
Anyway, your idea with caracter map is very very good, if somebody has just few words with aspecial caracter.

But if he has to do it for 330 times...i think it will be better to do this in office word, and after that - convert to pdf.

can u pls tell me more about Character Map !

I cannot find this option !

I know about All Programs → Accessories → System Tools, and you will see Character Map

But this will help a little bit, because i have 330 words with that missing symbol, and i have to stay all day to arrange it on every phrase.

Character Map is a standard part of Windows, which is a vital tool in
    adding characters you cannot type.

    That's what I mean.

If Character Map works, there is hope. But why do you need to take any
longer? You copy text from Character Map once, and paste it 330 times?

    Ok, how about if you
    1. Make sure the font is Chinese.
    2. Insert the character using Character Map (not copy/paste)?

You have to choose a suitable font first. You cannot, for example,
paste Simplified Chinese characters when using a Roman font like
    Arial.

Sometimes you cannot paste at all with a particular font. First make
sure you can copy and paste OUT of the PDF into Word.

What sort of symbol? Are you using the Text Touch-up Tool?
