I have installed it, then removed it as one forum said.   It is registered under my adobe ID but cant get a code to activate it.  What do I need to do?  I just need the code so I don't get an activation message all the time.  Was given message to call then told to go to adobe.com/go/activate....  still not solved.

Acrobat 7's activation servers have been closed. Your original copy and serial number are not going to work.

Adobe has provided a replacement copy that does not need to be activated. Be sure to get the serial number next to the download.

Download Adobe Acrobat 7 and Adobe Creative Suite 2 products

Also note, it may not be fully functional under Windows 8 or 10 versions.

For Windows, the last version in which Acrobat 7 was fully installable and functional was Windows XP 32-bit. The ability to create PDF by printing to the Adobe PDF PostScript printer driver instance will not properly install and work nor are there any plug-ins for PDF creation for any recent version of Microsoft Office applications.

For MacOS, it is highly unlikely that Acrobat 7 will properly install and run at all on any recent versions of MacOS.

Thanks Dov, I stand corrected. Windows XP.

The replacement Mac software is for the older PowerPC Macs and definitely will not install on Intel based Macs above OSX 10.7
