Long Page Scanning

Hello,

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro with a Fujitsu 7160 scanner. I am attempting to scan a mixture of letter-size pages with some longer receipts (up to four feet in length). Using the Paperstream Capture program, I can use the ISIS driver to set page length to "scanner's maximum", but using the Twain drivers, cannot select this option. Adobe does not seem to recognize/use the ISIS driver, and I have been unable to work around this issue.

Is there some way I can scan long pages using Adobe Acrobat Pro?

Thanks

TWAIN driver shows all sizes supports by the scanner. If your scanner supports this size, you must be able to scan with it.

Can you please confirm, what is the error you are getting for this long size.

Thanks.

When using any TWAIN driver profile, the page size "Scanner's Maximum" is not visible. I am not getting any error message, I just cannot find any setting that will let me scan a longer paper without one.

When I pick a longer page size (for example, 8.5 x 34), it processes the long page, but gives a page count error and says document jam.

Can you please try 1 thing.

- Go to scan settings (File> Create> PDF from scanner)

- Click check box 'Show scanner's native interface'

- Click Scan and verify are you able to scan properly from scanner's dialog

Also can you please tell me if you are able to scan without any issue From any other app(like scanner's utility)

Thanks.
