Mac Mojave Print staples

I have turned on the staple settings for our printer/copier, but when I'm printing from Adobe reader I can't find the setting to let me have the copier staple for me.  I found it in other apps, but the dialog box is different for PDFs.

The standard Acrobat print settings do know nothing of all the special settings of your printer. At most you can set print on both sides.

To enter all the specific settings you need to go to the printer setup dialog (in Windows it‘s called Properties, but for MacOS I think its slightly different). You dismiss the warning and set up what ever setting you want. Than you need to push „print“ to return to the Acrobat print dialogue. That‘s because that specific dialogue is managed by your printer driver and it assumes, that you do not want to return to the calling service.
