Hi Community,

I am new to Adobe. I am trying to create a document that can be certified as ready for review and signing and then circulated for multiple signatures.

The document( a standard operating procedure ) must reviewed and signed by 5 or 6 people and I have to be able to prove it has not been changed other than being signed but I can't figure out how to make signing the form fields as an allowable action.

I am using the adobe acrobat reader dc 2015 version.

Thanks

You can't set it up with Reader. You need to have Acrobat so you could add the Digital Signature form fields to the form, and maybe set them to lock all other form fields (if there are any) when signed.

That's how signatures work. However, you can set them up to only lock some fields, via the Signed event under their Properties.
