new app purchase doen't work

I used the free trial for a week.  I just purchased Adobe Acrobat Standard DC on a monthly basis online but when I try to save a doc as PDF I get a message that my free trial is over and a prompt to buy now.  But I already bought and received an email thanking me for my purchase.

 

How do I get into my app so I can use it?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you are getting a message that the free trial is over and a prompt to buy now.

 

Please try to logout of the application and reboot the computer once and re-login to the application with the same Adobe ID and password and check if that helps.

 

If it doesn't work, please try to check your connection to Adobe servers and reset the host files manually as described in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html and see id that works for you.
