No century gothic

New Here ,
May 14, 2019 May 14, 2019

I must edit a magazine. As I open it I see 'Century Gothic' as font style. But soon as I start typing in the pdf-file, the font style changes to "mininon' with the notification  that Century Gothic is not available. I tried several things to install it, but so far no succes. Could the cause of that be that I work on Mac Book? Because on my husbands laptop (no Apple) this font is well available. Can anyone help me?

You say you tried several things to install it. What did you do? Did you buy the font?

Hi Cpan,

Apologies for the delay in response.

As you are experiencing issues with the font (Century Gothic) availability on your MacBook, Century Gothic is not provided by apple, its a Microsoft office font.

For more information about how to change the default font in Acrobat DC, you may please follow the help article in the link - Change default font for fallback in PDF editing and Add Text

Let us know if you need more help.

Regards,

Amal
