I bought the low cost 29.00 annual  to convert my pdfs to word docs - it always reverts to pricing page to upgrade ?????

Hi I bought the lowest priced acrobat DC product to simply convert my pdf

to word docs. Every time I try - it just takes me to the sales page to

upgrade the product. when I click on the product i bought - it tells me I

already purchased it. It has never worked for me. I dont know what else to

do. I have spent hours trying to figure it out.

Please advise

Some people miss the step of actually installing the full product after purchasing online.  I don't know if this is your scenario, but be sure you have downloaded and installed the full product, and also that you successfully log in with the account that the purchase was made with.  If all this is done, it should function properly.  Some folks also are opening their PDFs in Acrobat Reader instead of the full Acrobat product, as both can reside on the same machine.  Double check your title bar at the top to see if indicates Reader or Acrobat.

That is actually NOT the full product.  That is Reader.  I don't know exactly what product you purchased, but it would likely have been a version of Acrobat Pro DC.  You should download and install the product you purchased from Adobe.  Once installed, you will log in, and all should function properly.

Ah - that might be a cloud-based service to which you have subscribed.  I am deep in meetings all day, so my access is very limited.  There may be a web page that you log into, and then upload your files for cloud-based conversion.  See if that is the case.

Using Adobe Export PDF
