Paying with AMEX out of The Netherlands

I live in The Netherlands and am trying to buy an Adobe product paying with American Express card, but I do not see AMEX as one of the payment options. Please assist. The only payment options offered are by VISA, MasterCard and PayPal. I do not have any of those, but do have AMEX as well as the Meastro bank card and have the option to pay via iDEAL.

How can I pay for the Adobe products using one of the many payment options I personally have.
