Question

Quick print is Asking me to Sign In

I have users that aren't using Acrobat Pro, they don't have or need Adobe accounts as they just use the reader.

But when we try to use Quick Print from outlook it asks them to sign in, no matter what you do from this point its not going to actually let you print.

Why is it doing this when it shouldn't and how do I stop this from happening so that users aren't forced to open the PDF's and print that way which is needless.

1. You say you "have users". Are you talking about users each on separate dedicated computers? about users who may be using the same computers in turn? Or users sharing a terminal server?

2. Is (paid for) Acrobat installed?

3. Reader requires sign in now.
4. do your users sign out from Reader? Or do they never sign in?

We are Using a VDI system so people can in essence flip flop from various Images. We are using the Cloud system so those who have an Adobe licence can sign in and use Pro. When they have finished for the day they sign out of Adobe so that the licence doesn't get stuck to that Session/Image.

But the majority of the users don't have a licence, don't need one either.

So is it correct to say that Acrobat Pro and Acrobat Reader is installed, and you have both licensed and unlicensed users; and that you would like it to automatically choose the software according to the license?
