Yes, you can uninstall the licence from one computer and activate it on another.

Follow the steps mention below-

• Before you uninstall the application from existing computer its better to deactivate it first, please refer to the "Deactivate App" under - Activate and deactivate Adobe products

• Use cleaner tool to uninstall the software from current machine- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
• Download the application through- Download Acrobat 8 and Acrobat 9 (to activate the license on other computer you need to enter serial number during the installation)
