I am trying to upgrade to convert PDF to PowerPoint but have been told to contact the service desk ???

Adobe Sign doesn't do that. Here are the features of Adobe Sign: Compare Adobe Sign plans | Adobe Document Cloud . What you need is PDF Pack, I agree this info can be hard to find, but here is something:

What is Adobe PDF Pack?

Adobe PDF Pack is a bundle of Adobe Document Cloud services. With it, you can:

  • Export PDFs to editable Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or RTF formats
  • Fill and sign PDF forms fast with smart autofill
  • Get signatures from others, then track and manage responses
  • Send, track, and confirm delivery of important documents
  • Store and share files online

I suggest that when you contact customer service you get a refund on that as well as an upgrade to what you actually need - PDF Pack, or Acrobat Pro. I'm not in Australia, but when I did this I was offered my local phone number. Please follow these instructions carefully: in particular you need to answer questions accurately. If you put in random or inaccurate info about your needs you probably won't get through to support, especially if you fill in your product as something free (i.e. Acrobat Reader).

Go to Manage your Adobe ID account  and follow How To contact us for your account-related queries.

On the contact us page choose Account issues

Click Change or Upgrade my membership

Click Show me my contact options (below the search box)

I am offered a choice of Chat or Phone.

    1. You have a subscription today. What is that subscription? Please tell us the exact name of what you pay for, you can find it in your email receipt or account details.

    I Have the basic PDF Conversion IE "Export PDF" AUD $34 When I try to convert I get a dialogue box to upgrade, I go to that site and try to pay which gives me another prompt to upgrade my current account, which I click on then says to contact service ....I click on that ...then I get shuffled to another site ...that's where I'm stuck !!!

    Yes ,I cant find anywhere that will point me in the right direction ...or a contact number ,I have logged out and back in ...the same result.

    I'm not a computer guru so not techno talk.???? All I want to do is upgrade my subscription to convert PDF to PowerPoint ????
