Two-up (cover page) error in Acrobat DC

I've been using Adobe Acrobat for years and know how to set a PDF to view as Two-up (Cover page), so that the cover page always appears on the right.

However, after upgrading to Acrobat DC, the cover page will not appear on the right when I set the PDF to view as Two-up (Cover page).

Also, the Page Thumbnails pane used to display the book layout, again with the front cover on the right and back cover on the left.

Is there a separate setting now for this?

As Dr. McCoy grumbled after beaming aboard the newly designed Enterprise, "Well, I'd better get down to Sick Bay and see what they've done down there. I know Engineers... they love to change things!"

Here is a screenshot of how I have Acroabt Pro set to view 2-up w/ cover.  The Pages (thumbnail) panel will show as many columns as you wish by widening the panel (or making the thumbnails smaller).  But as far as I can remember, one never sees the first page isolated to the right in this way.  Page 1 will be upper left always.

My best,

Dave

Oh, for pities sake... now I feel foolish. Sorry, everyone! Neglected to pull the Nav pane far enough to the right AND neglected to select "Two-page Scrolling" instead of "Two-page View" and "Show Cover Page in Two-page view".

Thankful it was an easy "fix".

Thanks, everyone, for the early "Christmas present"!

Glad you've got it behaving!  No worries.  Enjoy the holidays.

Cheers!

Does you view the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat?

Yes! What I am describing is what I saw in Adobe Acrobat Pro XI. When I have a PDF file open and click File > Properties, I used to be able to see the Front cover page on the right after selecting Two-Up (cover page)... AND there were two columns in the navigation pane. Now, that my employer upgraded me to Acrobat DC, that is no longer the case. I was hoping someone in this community could reveal a simple adjustment I have to make.

You can change the size of the navigation pane.
