Hello, I just recently started using adobe acrobat. I'm trying to convert the content of this page into the pdf, but continously getting the same error message "Acrobat had an error converting to pdf". I don't know why it is happening. I even have no idea that whether this issue is with the webpage of with the acrobat. Can you please figure out the problem?

There is more than one way to do a conversion. I was able to convert the page to PDF using Windows 7 and Acrobat Pro DC, using the Acrobat icon in the upper right corner of Chrome browser. If you don't see the icon you can click the little dots in the upper right corner of Chrome and select More Tools > Extensions to turn on Adobe Acrobat within the browser. Note that this only works using the Windows version, not on the MacOS.

Another way to do the conversion which should work on both operating systems would be to copy the URL from the browser window. Then in Acrobat, select File > Create PDF > From Web Page. Paste the URL into the dialog box that appears and click Create.

Another way would be, in the browser, you can choose to Print the web page. When the Print dialog appears, choose Destination: PDF.

Some browsers are more PDF compatible than others. I always use Chrome. Internet Explorer should also be very compatible.

OK - let's try to get some more details to see if we can figure out the issue.

Can you tell us what version of Acrobat you are using, the web browser you have, and the technique you used to attempt the conversion?  I just tried the process using Windows 10, Chrome and Acrobat Pro DC.  I clicked the Acrobat plugin icon at the upper right of the browser, and the cionversion went without a hitch!

My best,

Dave
