Unable to open .pdf on Acrobat DC by right clicking on PDF!!

Hello,

a .pdf file in any folder. right click on it to open it. Loading loading loading (10 seconds an more).

Page Menu open. I click on "Mit Adobe Acrobat bearbeiten". Loading loading loading ....

and now Error msg (sorry, german):

" Ihre Anfrage konnte nicht ausgeführt werden. Ihre Adobe Acrobat Lizenz ist entweder abgelaufen oder wurde nicht aktiviert."

i uninstalled all adobe apps and run adobe cleaner tool and deleted all adobe folders and then i installed acrobat dc and then the same issue.

What is the problem? Can i help me?

BUT:

If I click on the Windows icon and open "adobe acrobat dc" about it everything works.

Hi Mario,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to open a pdf file using Acrobat, is that correct?

Could you try following troubleshooting steps:

1- Reboot the machine once if you haven't already and try again.

2- If that doesn't work, check if an update is available for Acrobat: Update apps to the latest release of Adobe Creative Cloud

3- Try launching Acrobat as an administrator and check if that works:  Run an Adobe program as administrator | Windows 7, Vista

4- If that doesn't work, launch Acrobat in compatibility mode for Windows 8/7 and check if that helps.

This is not the solution.

i can open acrobat dc german for windos and then i can open a .pdf file via Menu BUT i can not open a .pdf file via right click page menu.

Look on my first Posting and the error msg from system:

"....
