Update your OS or Browser while signing into Acrobat Error

New Here ,
Jul 27, 2021 Jul 27, 2021

We've noticed the last few days that we cant sing-in into our Adobe Acrobat.

We are getting the message "Update Required: Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system".

We are running Windows 10 20H2 and 1803. I know 1803 is out of support but we are getting the same message on 20H2 as well.

I have already tried the registry fix provided here --> https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/update-operating-system-and-browser.html#fix-error

with no success.

Any other suggestions as i'm running out of options and being hunted by a lot of users?

Kind regards,

Andy

Ok i've contacted support and this is now resolved.

They had me download this -->

http://prdl-download.adobe.com/Framemaker/428037A8066D4558A7EF7D7D06CB5B72/1600836995996/AASIapp.exe

Then replace the existing one -->

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\P7

Run acrobat again and this should be now working.

P.S. The new version enables TLS1.2 apparently

Thanks
