Watermark in Adobe X Pro

I recently upgraged from Adobe 9 Pro to Adobe X Pro.  I wanted to add a watermark to a tax return but there is no "Document" command at the top of the screen like there was before.

All I have is File Edit View Window and Help.

How do I add a watermark?  It was very easy before.
