Question

Where can I make my comments 100% visible?

Hi guys

Got a Problem with my comment function.

My Comment Pop-Ups are 100% visible, but if I click out of the comment Box, they turn to 50% visible.

How can I fix that?

I have the same problem, and you have described it perfectly. I do not understand the other replies. I need a solution.

I have attached images showing the full opaque text, visible when editing the comment. Also attached is the image after completing the comment.

Hey Samuelh,

If I understand your query correctly, then what you are referring is a design behavior of the application. Where it shows expanded while typing something inside the comment box and the moment you click outside, it get shrink a bit.

For better understanding, can you share the screenshot of the comment box you are referring above? Please share both the screenshots, when you click on comment or when you click out of the comment box.  https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

Have you set the Pop-Up-Opacity to 100% under the commenting preferences? Open Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Commenting>"Pop-up-opacity"

To view and read the content of comment box you can open the side navigation bar by selecting "Show Comment App".

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Akanchha

Hi Samuelh,

I'm sorry for the delay in response to your previous message.

Looking at the screenshot shared above, I believe you have used the "Add Text" under commenting tool? We have tested the same at our end and there isn't seems to be any problem with the opacity.

You may update your Adobe Acrobat to the latest version. Open Acrobat>Help>Check for update.

Once you have added comment to the PDF. You may also check the result after saving the document.

Regards,

Akanchha
