Does Adobe even offer a way of embedding MP4s into a PDF?  Can someone please help with this?  Their tech support hasn't helped yet.  I am on Windows 10 and Adobe 20.3072.

So far, I have been doing this:

1.  Open PDF

2.  Click Rich Media

3.  Click Add Video\

4.  Draw bounding box

5.  Browse to my MP4.

6.  Video appears.

7.  Save my document

8.  Click the Play button

9.  Adobe says "Connecting"

10. Adobe Crashes.

11. I reopen the PDF and see controls that don't work, and a warning that Flash will not be supported.

12. I click on the Play button, and Adobe Crashes.

13. The third time has proven not to be a charm.

Sorry. The best practice now is linking to the video. Embedding video will always be risky as long as Acrobat relies on an external player.
