Wrong activation code for an Adobe Acrobat DC Pro 2015 (Student/Teacher) German edition

I have bought an Adobe Acrobat DC Pro 2015 (Student/Teacher) German edition. I have send an application with all credential to prove I’m a teacher. I have received a code, the next day …but, it is a code for Acrobat DC Pro 2017 DEU. Thus, the code doesn’t work for my version.

I have resent all documents to online activation in view of getting a new (good) code, but no answer. I have also tried using online support and also calling customer support, but no answer.

How can I do to get this code? Please can anyone help

My error, apologies. You need the CLASSIC version NOT the continuous version.

Acrobat DC 2015 is no longer sold, so you have a key for the latest product. Just install the latest product (Continuous version, 2017, German).
