Access to scanned images

Hi,

 

I want to access to my scanned images that I made with Adobe Scan with my cell phone from my laptop. I can see my scanned images on Adobe Document Cloud with my cell phone, but not with my laptop when I open my Adobe account to access to Adobe Document Cloud. How can I see these images with my laptop on Adobe Document Cloud?

Look at the folder "Adobe Scan" on the Document Cloud.

But, I don't see the folder "Adobe Scan" on the Document Cloud site (https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/). You can see  a snapshot of this page here. Could you please write me the internet address of the page where I can find it on Document Cloud site?

Does you use the same Adobe Id on both systems?


Yes. I have only one Adobe ID account. But I just open again today Document Cloud with Adobe Reader, and ... my documents are there!!! but not on the internet site of Adobe Document Cloud. Very bizarre. At least, with Adobe Reader, I can access to my files by my laptop.

 

But why not directly on Document Cloud internet site? Do I have to wait some days so that they appear?
