I have subscribed acrobat DC yearly plan and payment was completed by mistake. I have cancelled subscription immediately. Please refund my money as payment was done by mistakely.
As per the description above, you want the refund for the subscription which you purchased and have canceled, Is that correct?
I have checked the records with your current Adobe ID which you have used to log in to Adobe forums and found that you are only subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF subscription purchased through an Android device and no subscription/license of Acrobat.

Subscriptions that you purchase Adobe ExportPDF is for Android and is paid through Google's play store.
For cancellation and refund, please contact Google. As we don't have a hold on the subscriptions purchased via Play Store or iTunes store. So it can not be canceled from Adobe's end.
