Our company is looking to purchase and implement Acrobat DC Pro to our windows 7 users, but before we do this, we would like to know if it is possible to have administrator accounts who can control what our users are able to access and do?

Thanks in advance for any help with this.

Hi, Joe.

You can purchase Acrobat DC with administer control, via a program called "VIP".

There is more info on the program here: http://www.adobe.com/volume-licensing/faq.html

It looks like you may be in the UK, so the easiest way to get started is to call or chat via this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/contact.html?step=ZNA-vip_stillNeedHelp

If you would prefer to purchase Acrobat DC via VIP via a reseller (instead of direct from Adobe), you can find one via this form:  http://adobedealreg.force.com/PartnerSearch?lang=en (HINT: Unless you have preferred reseller, just leave all fields blank except Country).

Finally, to understand more about the user administration, see more info on the Admin Console here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/manage-teams-membership.html

Let us know if you have more questions.

Hi Joe,

I can understand your concern, however there is no such Administrator account which can control feature access of other users.  What you can opt for is different packages that Adobe Acrobat DC offers.

For details you can contact our customer support team Contact Customer Care.

Thanks Aadesh,

Is it possible for us to have an administrator account for our cloud in any respect? As we would like to still be able to access users' accounts if, for example, they left the company.

Regards,

Joe

I believe there is an Acrobat DC for teams as there is for Adobe CC.
