Acrobat Pro Trust manager > Manage Internet Access is greyed out. I can't edit the settings.

How can I fix this so I can change my settings to access website links from Adobe Acrobat PDF document.

What is your operating system?  Acrobat version?

Can you post a screenshot of what you see: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1070933 (I don't see anything "Internet Access" under Trust Manager in Acrobat XI 11.0.09).

Acrobat 9.0.0 on Mac OS 10.9.5

Here is the error I get when I have a link I click on in Acrobat PDF:
