This has only been happening since the interface update. I open a PDF in Acrobat and attempt to convert it, but clicking the convert button doesn't do anything, almost like the button itself is inactive.
It doesn't convert, it doesn't start the upload process, it just clicks and then nothing happens.
Any ideas?

Please let us know if the files do not convert at all. Does this happen all the time or with some files only?
Are you converting he files online or on a desktop application? It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the workflow.

Did you get a solution to this? One of my users is having the same issue. Mine works fine but I cannot get the Adobe on my Attorneys PC to work, yet it used to.
